Youth Bureau Accepting Applications for Mayor’s Youth Council
Mayor Thomas Roach has announced that the White Plains Youth Bureau is accepting applications for The Mayor’s Youth Council. The Youth Council is a fun environment for students to explore ethical leadership principles, learn about the value of community service and civic leadership and be inspired to bring passionate service and change to their community. The Youth Council is open to any high school student who lives in the city of White Plains. Meetings are held on Tuesday evenings on a bi-weekly basis at the White Plains Youth Bureau, 11 Amherst Place, White Plains.
Applications may be obtained at the Youth Bureau office or on the Youth Bureau website at WhitePlainsYouthBureau.org.
