PHOTOS: Putnam Valley Goes Red for American Heart Association
On Friday, Feb 1, the Town of Putnam Valley was decked out in red to support the American Heart Association’s National Wear Red Day. The town-wide event was sponsored by the Putnam Valley Area Chamber of Commerce. Putnam Valley High School’s Make a Difference Club provided the town’s merchants with red hearts to decorate their windows and Always an Angel Homecare/Living Waters Productions provided balloon columns and bouquets to decorate the main business area at Oregon Corners. Adding to the festivities, the school held a “Red Bake Sale”, and everyone dressed in red.
