Operation Prom Dress Giveaway March 20-22 at Westchester County Center
Operation PROM is encouraging teenage girls looking for an inexpensive way to get a high-fashion dress for their senior prom to register today for the 11th Annual Operation Prom dress giveaway taking place March 20 and 21 at the Westchester County Center. Registration is required to receive a dress. In addition, a special $1 dress sale will take place on Sunday, March 22 that is open to the public – supply is limited.
Operation PROM has helped to alleviate some of the cost of attending prom by collecting and distributing gently used as well as new dresses donated by companies and designers cleaning out their inventory. The organization also recently began arranging free tuxedo rentals for high school seniors – courtesy of an on-going national partnership with the Men’s Wearhouse. To register for a free tuxedo rental, visit www.OperationProm.org. Tuxedo vouchers are limited per high school so early registration is encouraged.
