Mount Kisco Bank Robbed; Police Seek Public’s Help
Westchester County Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a man who robbed a Wells Fargo bank branch at 195 N. Bedford Rd. in Mount Kisco Saturday morning.
The man, who was wearing a hard hat and a reflective vest, passed a note to a teller at 9:20 a.m. demanding cash. The teller complied and the man left the bank on foot, heading south on North Bedford Road, which is also known as Route 117.
No weapon was displayed and no customers were in the bank at the time of the robbery.
The suspect is described as a black male in his thirties with a medium to dark complexion and a thin beard.
Information regarding how much money was stolen was not immediately released.
