Knicks NBA D-League Team Hosting Career Fair at County Center April 1
On March 10, the New York Knicks and the Madison Square Garden Company announced that the new Knicks NBA Development Team would be making their home at the Westchester County Center.
At that time, Knicks D-League General Manager Allan Houston declared. “We are very excited to bring a D-League team to the Westchester County Center. We are also very interested in solidifying our relationship with the community of Westchester. We intend to be very active in the community with community service and jobs.”
On Thursday, March 27, the Knicks D-League team made their first step towards fulfilling the promise made by their GM Houston. The Knicks D-League announced that they will be hosting a Career Fair, free to the public, on Tuesday, April 1 from 9 a.m.. -12 p.m. at the Westchester County Center.
During the Career Fair, the Knicks Developmental Team will be offering full time opportunities in marketing, sales and game presentation. Also available will be marketing partnership activation for the D-League franchise, as well as part time, event driven positions with the Westchester County Center.
All the positions available will be based at the Westchester County Center.
