Croton Teens Charged with Sexual Assault at Yorktown Party
Yorktown Police charged two unidentified 14-year-old males from Croton-on-Hudson with four counts each of juvenile delinquency for allegedly sexually assaulting a 14-year-old female at an October 30 party in Yorktown.
Police reported the sexual assault occurred during a freshmen high school party. The teens were arrested on November 1.
If charged as adults, police stated the underlying charges would be attempted criminal sex act in the first degree, attempted sexual abuse in the first degree and criminal sexual act in the third degree, all felonies, along with forcible touching, a misdemeanor.
Both teens were released to a parent and were scheduled to appear in the Westchester County Department of Probation November 3.
