Bronx River Pkwy Closures Monday A.M.
Motorists are advised that there will be short-term full-lane closure (5-10 minutes each) first on the southbound direction of the Bronx River Parkway between Harney Road (Exit 10) and Crane Road (Exit 12) on Monday, January 7 at approximately 9:30 a.m. Traffic will be stopped so that crews can remove debris from the edge of the roadway.
Upon completion of the southbound side of the parkway, work will immediately proceed to the northbound side in the same vicinity. Traffic will then be stopped on the northbound side so crews can remove debris on that portion of the roadway.
It is estimated that the work on both sides will occur between 9:30 a.m. and 10 a.m. Motorists are advised to use alternate routes to avoid delays during this work.
