An Open Letter to Bowman and Other Reps Calling for a Cease-Fire

Dear Representatives Jamaal Bowman, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Ilhan Omar,
Your resolution calling for an immediate cease-fire between Israel and Hamas amid mounting concerns over an Israeli invasion into Gaza must be withdrawn.
Where is your resolution demanding that Hamas free all hostages unharmed? That Hamas unconditionally surrender all power in Gaza, lay down its arms and allow Gazans to leave the north and head south for relative safety? That Hamas stop using international aid to buy weapons and dig terror tunnels?
Hamas is the true enemy of Gazans, no one else. The systematic dismantling of Hamas must continue until they are gone. Gazans could not liberate themselves from evil, and appeasers have allowed terror to fester for too long. Left to its own devices, the evil grew too strong and too mighty, leading to murder in Israel.
Now, over the course of a few days, the evil is being slammed back into its hole where it will die alone.
A cease-fire now is premature. Too many miles of terror tunnels have yet to be discovered and destroyed; too many rockets and munitions in Gaza have yet to be neutralized; too many terrorists need to be rooted out and removed from Gaza.
Your weakness is not America’s weakness. Your misunderstanding is not America’s misunderstanding.
Peace for Gazans, Egyptians, Jordanians, Palestinians, Moroccans, Saudis, Israelis and others will only be achieved when Hamas is gone. Hamas has stolen the future of the people of Gaza. You are blinded and cannot see that Hamas does not care about Gazans. You are blinded and cannot see that Hamas uses Gazans as human shields and fodder to achieve martyrdom.
Peace and love to all of those that seek it.
Fire and brimstone against those who do not.
Withdraw your resolution, now.
