Westchester County Executive Ken Jenkins took the oath of office administered by County Court Judge Anne Minihan at the Michaelian Office Building last month as Jenkins’ wife, Deborah Hudson-Jenkins, looked on. Last night he won the special election to fill out George Latimer’s unexpired term.

Democrat Ken Jenkins won yesterday’s Feb. 11 special election for Westchester County executive, defeating Republican Christine Sculti with 61 percent of the vote.
