Police Searching for Mt. Kisco Bank Robber
Police are still searching for a man who robbed a Mount Kisco bank Tuesday afternoon.
The subject walked into a Mahopac National Bank on Lexington Avenue just before 1 p.m. and handed a teller a note demanding money, police said. The note also indicated that he had a gun.
Authorities described the robber as a white male in his 40s wearing khakis, sunglasses and a baseball cap and was seen left leaving the bank on foot and headed north on Lexington Avenue.
Mount Kisco police have not revealed how much money was taken in the heist.
Westchester County police are assisting the Mount Kisco Police Department in the investigation.
