1. 43rd Annual Polish Heritage Day (5/15)
Celebrate the 43rd Annual Polish Heritage Day at the Kensico Dam in Valhalla beginning at Noon. 2. Three Amigos Screening with special guest Chevy Chase (5/18)
Spend your evening laughing at the Bedford Playhouse as you enjoy a 1980s classic, The Three Amigos, starring Chevy Chase, Steve Martin, and Martin Short. Join special guest, Chevy Chase, for the movie, which begins at 7 p.m. in the Main Theater. Patrick Goldstein of The Los Angeles Times wrote, “[Three Amigos is] a goofy delight. 3. Gallery Night Out at ArtsWestchester (5/19)
Head to the Luangisa African Gallery Nite Out at the ArtsWestchester in White Plains to celebrate the pride, culture, and history of Africa. The event includes live music by Pitsi Ra and DJ Mao, an immersive fashion show, shopping at the boutique, and the Luangisa Wearable Art Experience. The Luangisa African Gallery in Mount Vernon works with artisans across Africa. The evening begins at 6 p.m. Tickets: $15 and free for ArtsWestchester members.
