Affordable Homes Available to Eligible Buyers in Cortlandt
Three of nine affordable units available in Westchester County to eligible buyers are located in the Town of Cortlandt.
The homes are priced between $138,000 and $235,000 and are open to families earning up to 80% of the county’s Area Median Income. Current maximum eligible annual household income ranges from $60,400 for a one-person household and $69,000 for a two-person household to $100,050 for a six-person household. The unit must be the primary residence of the homebuyer.

A two-family home at 72 Croton Avenue in Cortlandt is priced at $193,000. The home has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room and a kitchen. There is also an accessory apartment on the first floor level that can generate $800 in monthly income.
At 25 Oak Road in Montrose, a 2,250-square-foot, single-family, ranch-style home with four bedrooms and two bathrooms is up for sale for $215,000. The home is two miles from the Cortlandt Metro-North train station.
Meanwhile, at 176 Henry Street in the Village of Buchanan, a single-family, Cape Cod style home with two bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, two fireplaces and central air conditioning is listed for $235,033.
